I’m Alexander Nevsky

I live in Dubai and explore a new reality at the intersection of technology, artificial intelligence, design, space, the city, and human life. For me, real estate, AI-native design, digital art, and everyday experience aren’t separate fields—they’re parts of one unified worldview. I look at homes, interfaces, the city, and the future through the lens of taste, systems thinking, and the real life of a family in Dubai—with a strong voice and a clear visual language, where real estate provides grounded reality, design brings depth, Artificial Intelligence points to the future, and digital art adds magnetism.

When you’re making a cold call to a Brit or an Indian and you can’t understand a word they’re saying — that’s a real problem. I solved it myself: I built a Swift app with Apple Intelligence that recognizes speech in real time and suggests what to say next.

I stopped by a meetup with the "Healthy Dubai" community — an intimate dose of business psychotherapy in the new DOM art space. Speakers, lively conversations, and the question hanging in the air for everyone: what’s next?

A person is not the crown of evolution, but a rare point of convergence—a temporary substrate where the Universe, for the first time, gathered itself so deeply into pain, language, memory, love, and inner experience.

Cold outreach to a secondary-market database is such a pain. Manual work just won’t cut it, services get blocked, and the copy all starts to feel the same. So I built my own Python tool with a CRM, a mobile version, and hosting on Cloudflare. Nearly all of the code was created in collaboration with Claude Code and ChatGPT Codex.

Today I tried Brazilian jiu-jitsu for the first time at Roger Gracie Academy in Al Barsha. My children have been training for three years already, and I’ve only just worked up the courage to step onto the mat myself. The first class was tough, but incredibly rewarding. And this weekend, we’re heading to Fujairah with the kids for a competition.

Ten minutes between “Take cover now” and “All clear.” These screenshots aren’t frames from a thriller—they’re just an ordinary day in 2026. While the fate of entire regions is being decided overhead, we’re learning to balance work calls with emergency alerts from MOI. Hard? Absolutely. But humans adapt to anything!

A little spring, a little beauty, and a little Dubai. I put together a warm International Women’s Day greeting and added a curated selection of pieces that are truly a pleasure to look at.

When machine intelligence writes the code and a human is responsible for the logic and meaning—who, then, is the developer? And what actually changes in the craft when the tool starts thinking alongside you?

I’m there sometimes, too.

It was the best restaurant I’ve been to in Dubai so far.
